Job Description BCBA – Board Certified Behavior Analyst Clinic-Based | Ages 2–8 | Full-Time, Permanent $90,000–$105,000 base salary up to $21,000 in achievable bonuses Relocation available | Oakland, CA HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is hiring a BCBA for a respected pediatric ABA clinic in Oakland, CA. This is a full-time, permanent role supporting children ages 2–8, with a strong clinical team including other BCBAs, an LMFT, and several BTAPs. The clinic is well-organized and highly regarded in the community. Schedule Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (2 evenings until 6 PM) Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM One remote day per week after training Responsibilities Caseload of approximately 12 children Assessments, treatment planning, and supervision of BTAPs Collaboration with BCBAs and LMFTs Maintain documentation and QA standards Requirements Active BCBA certification in good standing Minimum 2 years of experience as a BCBA 5 years and leadership experience required for top of range Strong communication and clinical leadership skills Compensation and Benefits Base salary: $90,000–$105,000 Total annual potential: Up to $126,000 Monthly bonuses based on billables and QA Combined achievable bonus: $21,024 annually Relocation assistance: Up to 5% of base salary Health insurance, PTO, paid holidays, and professional development support
