Job Description:

A company is looking for an Accounting Specialist in HOAs.
Key Responsibilities:

Process HOA-related transactions to achieve accurate and timely financial reports
Maintain HOA amortization schedules
Prepare and enter monthly journal entries

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
2+ years of HOA accounting experience preferred
Intermediate MS Excel skills are required
Self-driven and collaborative
Comfortable in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
