Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Master Plumber
to serve as the technical expert and hands-on leader for all
plumbing work within our modular manufacturing facility. In this
role, you will supervise a team of plumbers and plumbing
technicians, ensuring high-quality installation, code compliance,
and efficient production across all modules. You will set daily
priorities, support skill development, and maintain a safe,
organized, and high-performing work environment. Key
Responsibilities: Directs and assigns tasks to plumbing staff in
alignment with production plans, safety standards, and timelines
Reviews work orders and drawings using Offsight; collaborates on
problem-solving and provides training and feedback Estimates
material, tool, and equipment needs for plumbing jobs Installs,
repairs, and inspects plumbing systems and fixtures in modular
units and facility Ensures code compliance and responds to plumbing
emergencies Operates, maintains, and reports on tools and equipment
to ensure safety and performance Verifies quality and accuracy of
completed work Interprets blueprints and layouts to prepare
materials Follows all safety protocols and company procedures
Primary Work Location: Romulus, Michigan Requirements: Education :
High School Diploma or related field, completion of a formal
apprenticeship program required, associate's degree preferred.
Experience : At least three years' experience as a licensed plumber
and previous experience working with diverse populations preferred.
Certificates & Licenses : Master Plumbing license required. Other
Requirements : Demonstrated ability to understand directions and
read blueprints / shop drawings. Extensive knowledge of plumbing
systems and drainage. Proficient in the use of test meters and
other diagnostic equipment. Knowledge of building codes, safety
regulations, and safety practices Familiarity with PVC, CPVC, PEX,
cast iron, and copper pipe materials Demonstrated ability to
perform basic arithmetic, solve mathematical problems, and
conversion of measurements quickly and accurately. Proficient in
use of hand tools and trade tools. Demonstrated ability to work
within a team and independently. Ability to travel locally and
regionally to attend meetings, visit sites, conferences, etc. as
