Michigan Farm Bureau (MFB), Michigans leading farm organization, is looking for a Senior Commercial Service Center Representative to join our dedicated team. This role focuses on providing superior customer service and support to our commercial insurance clients, ensuring all inquiries and issues are addressed with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in insurance products, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to upholding the values that MFB stands for. You will act as a critical liaison between our commercial clients and our insurance services, ensuring that each client receives personalized attention and expert advice. Provide detailed information and guidance on insurance products and services to commercial clients. Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key commercial clients. Collaborate with other departments to facilitate client support and issue resolution. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards. Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and services. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle high pressure situations and complex client issues. Proficient in relevant insurance software and CRM systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM) is a plus.
