Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. An opportunity is available for a Special Education
Teacher to support diverse learners in a school setting. This role
involves providing specialized instruction and tailored support to
students with varying educational needs, ensuring they achieve
their fullest potential within an inclusive environment. Key
Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education
programs (IEPs) based on student assessments Adapt instructional
materials and teaching strategies to meet the unique requirements
of special education students Collaborate with general education
teachers, therapists, and support staff to coordinate services
Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies as
necessary to improve outcomes Communicate effectively with parents
and guardians regarding student development and needs Participate
in professional development to stay current with best practices in
special education Preferred Qualifications and Experience: Valid
state teaching certification in special education Experience
working with children with disabilities in a school environment
Strong knowledge of IEP development and special education laws
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage
classroom behavior and implement positive behavioral interventions
Willingness to travel as needed to support multiple school sites or
programs Location:This position is based in Elyria, Ohio, with
travel requirements to various school locations to provide
