company is seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Programmer/Operator to
produce high-quality components for aerospace, defense, and other
high-precision industries. The ideal candidate will have experience
operating and programming CNC lathes, conducting inspections, and
maintaining production efficiency while adhering to strict quality
standards. ? Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Operate and program CNC lathes according to work instructions,
blueprints, and G-Code programming. Set up CNC lathe machines and
perform necessary adjustments to ensure part quality and
efficiency. Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections using
precision measuring equipment. Maintain accurate documentation of
manufacturing measurements and processes. Follow all safety
protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Perform
routine preventative maintenance on machines and troubleshoot
issues as needed. Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience as
a CNC Lathe Programmer/Operator Strong understanding of blueprint
reading, including GD&T. Proficiency with inspection tools such
as micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Strong attention to detail
and ability to maintain production efficiency. Experience with Haas
and/or Mori-Seiki CNC machines. Familiarity with MasterCam or
similar CAM software.
