the automotive industry, is seeking a Plant Quality Manager to
support plastic injection molding and assembly operations. This
role plays a key part in ensuring product quality, driving
continuous improvement, and supporting both internal teams and

Responsibilities The Plant Quality Manager is responsible for
overseeing product quality: Managing quality performance for
plastic injection molding and assembly processes Leading quality
auditors and supporting containment of nonconforming material
Conducting failure analysis for internal and customer complaints
Monitoring SPC and initiating corrective action when required
Developing and maintaining inspection procedures, gages, and work
instructions Supporting and developing inspection programs Driving
continuous improvement initiatives Other duties as assigned
Experience Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical
Engineering, Quality, or related discipline 3 years of experience
in a medium- to high-volume manufacturing environment Experience
with 8D, 5-Why, FMEA, and quality tools If you are interested in
