Golden Bear Packaging Inc., a leader in customized packaging solutions for a diverse range of industries, is currently seeking a skilled Senior Electrician to join our Technical & Maintenance team. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our production facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing electrical installations, troubleshooting, and maintaining sophisticated manufacturing equipment. Oversee and manage the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems in the manufacturing facility. Inspect electrical components for safety and efficiency. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with electrical systems and propose effective solutions. Maintain compliance with national safety codes and regulations relevant to electrical systems. Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule preventative maintenance and reduce downtime. Lead and train junior electricians, promoting best practices in electrical safety and operations. Expertise in managing and repairing industrial electrical systems Strong troubleshooting skills Proficiency in using electrical diagnostic tools and software Familiarity with electrical systems in manufacturing environments Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Licensed Electrician Certification NFPA 70E – Standard for Electrical Safety Certification
