Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Experience Manager.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of 5-7 Energy Ambassadors in providing exceptional customer experiences
Improve daily operations and scale the impact of the Customer Experience team across various functions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement ideas for improving the overall customer experience

Qualifications:

Prior experience leading a remote team of 5+ people in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a customer-facing role
Strong ability to streamline operations and optimize workflows
Comfortable navigating uncertainties and making decisions with limited information
Proven track record of promoting and championing teammates
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
