*$20,000 Sign on Bonus for new and experienced CRNA's *GENERAL SUMMARY: Administers intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics to render persons insensible to pain during surgical procedures, obstetrical deliveries, or other medical and dental procedures. Potentially administers anesthesia to all ages and A.S.A. classes of patients, including geriatrics and pediatrics. Provides airway management services as needed throughout the hospital.*EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:** Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.* Graduation from an accredited school of anesthesia.* Masters degree required.* Ability to work harmoniously in collaborative situations with anesthesiologists and other health care providers.*CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:*Required and maintains currency of:* Clinical Privileges* State of Michigan RN License* State Specialty Certification* CRNA Certification* ALS Certification* BLS CertificationMust meet or exceed core customer service responsibilities, standards and behaviors as outlined in the Henry Ford Health Customer Service Policy and summarized below: Communication Ownership Understanding Motivation Sensitivity Excellence Teamwork RespectMust practice the customer skills as provided through on-going training and in-services.Must possess the following personal qualities: Be self-directed Be flexible and committed to the team concept Demonstrate teamwork, initiative, and willingness to learn Be open to new learning experiences Accepts and respects diversity without judgment Demonstrates customer service values*PHYSICAL DEMANS/WORKING CONDITIONS:** Frequent walking, bending, lifting may be required to perform duties.* Work is generally in an operating room environment, but can be in Radiology, ICU, ER, or wherever nurse anesthesia services are required in the hospital.* Working conditions are variable with exposure to communicable diseases and other hazards.
