Certifications: Required Must-Have: - Strong understanding of
psychometric testing - Experience with mental health interventions
- Ability to work in a correctional facility Description:
Administers and interprets psychometric tests as part of treatment
needs for specific diagnoses. Conducts crisis intervention,
neuropsychological assessments, and risk assessments. Participates
in hearings and assessments for potential suicide. Responsible for
the development and implementation of mental health interventions.
Conducts individual and group clinical interventions as prescribed.
Provides mental health liaison services, monitoring compliance with
treatment plans. Completes detailed mental health evaluations and
crisis services. Documents all offender contacts and mental health
progress notes. Completes psychosocial needs assessments as part of
treatment planning. Consults with staff regarding mental health
caseload and service needs. Attends clinical case consultation
meetings. Participates in training sessions and workshops for
professional development. Conducts expert-witness assessments as
needed. No cell phones permitted in the facility. All items subject
to security screening must comply with facility rules. Requirements
