Your expertise will help ensure smooth operations within the surgical suite, supporting the surgical team and patient safety every step of the way. The position offers a stimulating day shift schedule with the opportunity to earn up to $68 per hour, plus additional on-call compensation. /n Required Skills: /n /n - 2 years of circulatory experience in operating rooms/n - Proven expertise in General, Ortho, GYN, and Cysto procedures/n - Strong knowledge of Meditech EMR/n - Ability to efficiently manage a fast-paced surgical environment/n - Excellent communication and teamwork skills/n /n Nice to Have Skills: /n /n - Additional case experience beyond core specialties/n - Experience working in a travel or hospital setting/n /n Preferred Education and Experience: /n /n - Minimum of 1 year of circulating OR RN experience/n - Valid RN license in Ohio or the ability to obtain one/n - Capable of working independently and adapting to varied clinical scenarios/n /n Other Requirements: /n /n - Must have housing within 30 minutes of the Toledo facility due to call responsibilities/n - Call is required one day per week and during two weekends over the 13-week contract (call hours from 0700 Saturday to 0700 Monday)/n - Call callback rate of 1.5x pay (similar to OT)/n - On-call shifts are a non-negotiable commitment/n - Start date is ASAP/n - Must be comfortable with scrubless circulator roles; scrubs not required/n - Flexibility to handle a range of case types and emergencies/n /n This is an outstanding opportunity to enhance your skills, earn competitive compensation, and enjoy the adventure of travel nursing.
