years of experience in a NICU setting. Description: The NICU
Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing,
planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned
patients on a per shift basis. The role is responsible for the
supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The
role is accountable to support the facility Chief Nursing Officer
to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care. The
NICU Registered Nurse will also ensure the competency of clinical
staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
