be considered. Deliver direct patient care in a stepdown nursing
environment, focusing on comprehensive assessment, intervention,
and evaluation to support patient recovery and well-being. This
role involves collaboration with interdisciplinary teams,
leadership in coordinating care, and maintaining compliance with
healthcare regulations and facility protocols. Location: Saginaw,
MI Responsibilities: Perform regular assessments to determine
patient needs and provide nursing services according to
physician-authorized care plans and evidence-based practices.
Administer medications, treatments, and provide patient education;
respond promptly to patient calls and assist with transfers and
alarms. Evaluate treatment effectiveness and contribute to updating
care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members to
optimize patient outcomes. Ensure adherence to all relevant local,
state, and federal healthcare regulations, as well as
facility-specific policies and procedures. Qualifications and
Desired Experience: Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN)
license. Experience in a stepdown or progressive care unit
preferred. Strong assessment and clinical skills, with the ability
to provide direct patient care independently. Effective
communication and teamwork abilities for interdisciplinary
collaboration. Knowledge of regulatory standards and commitment to
