working with Cynet Health to find a qualified NICU RN in
Southfield, Michigan, 48075! Job Title: Registered Nurse
Profession: Nursing Specialty: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 1900-0730 Hours per Shift: 36.00
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Level 2 NICU experience required.
License: Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
Certifications: BLS required. Must-Have: Graduation from an
accredited school of nursing. Description: Provides leadership in
the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient
care. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning,
implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and
document care and teaching of patients and families. Effectively
communicates pertinent patient and family information to the
healthcare team. Participates in finding solutions for variances
from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.
Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities are necessary to
formulate effective nursing care plans within the assigned unit.
Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.
Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and
hospital personnel. Preferred education is a Bachelor's degree in
