Job Description Job Description Role Overview We’re seeking a
skilled Radiologist (Diagnostic & Interventional) who combines
clinical excellence with a patient-centered approach. In this role,
you’ll provide high-quality diagnostic interpretations and perform
advanced image-guided procedures that improve outcomes and elevate
patient care in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. What
You’ll Do Interpret a wide range of imaging studies including
X-ray, ultrasound, mammography, CT, and MRI , delivering accurate
and timely reports. Perform interventional procedures such as
biopsies, ablations, drainages, embolization, vascular access , and
other image-guided therapies. Collaborate closely with
multidisciplinary teams including internal medicine, cardiology,
oncology, women’s health, and urgent care . Communicate clearly
with referring providers and, when appropriate, consult with
patients on results, procedures, and expectations. Maintain
compliance with all quality and regulatory standards ( ACR, CMS,
CLIA, HIPAA ) and support continuous improvement efforts. Help
enhance workflows through technology optimization, protocol
development, and innovation in imaging and interventional services.
Requirements What You Bring MD or DO with specialization in
Radiology; Interventional Radiology fellowship preferred. Board
Certified/Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology (within 1 year of
hire); IR subspecialty certification preferred. Active,
unrestricted Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain).
Preferred 2 years post-residency experience, though strong new
graduates will be considered. Experience interpreting a broad range
of imaging studies, including CT, MRI, ultrasound, and breast
imaging; outpatient workflow experience is a plus. Strong
communication skills, high attention to detail, and ability to
thrive in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative, team-oriented
mindset with comfort using PACS/RIS and EHR systems. Benefits What
