Certified Respiratory Therapist Location: Lansing, MI Agency: Lancesoft Inc. Pay: $1,900 to $2,000 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job details: Position: CRT (Certified Respiratory Therapist) Location: Lansing, MI Shift: Nights – 3x12s (18:30–07:00) Duration: 13 weeks Job Duties Provide respiratory assessments and manage airway care (intubation assist, extubating, trach care, suctioning). Manage mechanical ventilation (BiPAP, CPAP, HFNC) and assist with ventilator weaning. Administer respiratory medications and oxygen therapy. Interpret ABGs and monitor patient response to treatment. Document care in Epic and collaborate with ICU/ED teams. Requirements Active State Respiratory License CRT required (RRT preferred) BLS (AHA) and ACLS required Minimum 2 years of critical care experience
