ASAP About the Position We are seeking a highly skilled and
compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join
a dynamic anesthesia team in an outpatient ambulatory surgery
setting. This full-time role provides anesthesia care across a
broad spectrum of surgical specialties, including orthopedics,
plastic surgery, urology, pediatrics, ophthalmology, endoscopy, and
general surgery. Key Responsibilities: Conduct pre-anesthesia
assessments and develop individualized care plans Administer
anesthesia, including general, regional, and monitored anesthesia
care for patients of all ages Monitor patients during procedures
and manage anesthesia-related complications Provide post-anesthesia
care and pain management Maintain accurate documentation in
accordance with regulatory standards Collaborate closely with
anesthesiologists, surgeons, and surgical teams Travel to other
ambulatory sites as needed Deliver safe, high-quality anesthesia in
a fast-paced, collaborative environment Requirements
Board-Certified CRNA with active credentials Active Michigan RN
License (or applicable state license) Current ACLS and BLS
certifications Minimum 2 years CRNA experience (post-training)
Clean malpractice and license history Active DEA and CSR/CDS
certifications Proficient in anesthesia for varied surgical
specialties Strong communication and teamwork skills Benefits Work
