8am - 8pm with overnight call - 7 - 10 new IP consults daily with
15 follow-up patients - Primary stroke center with neuro transfer
ICU and step-down unit - Dedicated NP support for IP coverage -
EMR: Cerner - General neurology with adult EEG readings and tPA
administration required - IP code stroke covered via telehealth
with next-day follow up - ED code stroke response during call
shifts - Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing
expenses - Assignment details and time entry in online portal -
