Account Operations Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for an Account Operations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:

Open new accounts, process maintenance to existing accounts, and resolve account issues
Record and process incoming ACH's, wires, and checks
Communicate professionally with internal and external clients and ensure processing meets established service levels

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
1-3 years of applicable experience
Certified IRA Services Professional (CISP) preferred
Strong knowledge of Microsoft products
Familiarity with IRA/IRS rules and regulations
