Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lease Administrator to manage lease
data, onboard landlords, process payments, and resolve
inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Abstract critical lease data into a lease management system or
tracking software
Onboard landlords into the vendor management system and process
required forms
Review, audit, and process lease payment obligations
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in lease administration, accounting, vendor
management, or contract administration
General lease accounting knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Smartsheet
Familiarity with Tango software preferred
