We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Automation Test Lead to join our team in the Banking and Financial Industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the automation testing efforts within our Salesforce platform, ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications. We enable #HumanFirstDIGITAL Responsibilities:- Lead and oversee the automation testing efforts within the Salesforce platform- Develop and maintain automation scripts using tools such as Selenium, Apex, and Visualforce- Design test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for Salesforce applications- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and integrity of our software applications- Identify and report issues, bugs, and defects in a timely manner- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of automation testers- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in automation testing for SalesforceDesired Experience and Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field- 5+ years of experience in automation testing, specifically within Salesforce- Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Apex, and Visualforce- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and customization- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Developer is a plus- Excellent communication and leadership skills- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment- Experience leading and managing a team of automation testersIf you meet the above qualifications and are passionate about automation testing within Salesforce, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join our team in the Banking and Financial Industry.Our Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: Did you know that Apexon has been Certified by Great Place To Work -, the global authority on workplace culture, in each of the three regions in which it operates: USA (for the fourth time in 2023), India (seven consecutive certifications as of 2023), and the UK.Apexon is committed to being an equal opportunity employer and promoting diversity in the workplace.
