We're part of a growing network of communities developed and managed by Erickson Senior Living, a national provider of senior living and health care with campuses in 11 states-and growing. -Compensation: Commensurate with experience up to $16.50 hourly.We are hiring an Intermissions Associate who can bring their gift of compassion to our residents and family members who deal with the challenges of dementia.How you will make an impact:

• Co-leading social activity-based programming for Intermission participants.
• Adopting a person-centered approach and an environment that supports the needs of each individual resident.
• Designing and implementing creative programming.
• Assisting in program operation by leading activities and transporting residents to and from programs.
• Engaging in mealtime preparations.
• Completing daily attendance records.What we offer: -

    • High school diploma or GED.
    • Programming/activity experience is preferred.
    • Patience, flexibility, and the sincere interest and desire to work with residents affected by dementia.
