Franciscan Care Center is seeking a dedicated Dietary Supervisor to oversee the nutritional care of our residents. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct nutritional assessments for our residents and maintain accurate care plans and diet cards
- Develop and input menus
- Supervise dietary staff on assigned shifts and ensure smooth daily operations
- Monitor and maintain food inventory levels and coordinate weekly ordering with the buyer
- Process invoices and collaborate with department leadership
- Ensure proper rotation and storage of food items in compliance with Infection Control, State, and Federal regulations
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree in Dietetics; must be eligible for registration or hold licensure through the Dietetics Association
- Minimum of 2 years in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
