Senior Forecast Analyst

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Forecasting Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate long and short term forecasts, including ad hoc forecast scenarios
Create dashboards and reports to communicate forecasts, plans, and performance
Maintain capacity plans and support workforce planning processes

Required Qualifications:

At least 3 years of forecasting, demand planning, business analytics, or data science experience
Proficiency in SQL, Google Sheets, and Tableau
Exceptional analytical skills with high attention to detail
Clear understanding of short, medium, and long term forecasting practices
Experience in Workforce Management is preferred
