To provide mail handling and records support to Michigan Farm Bureau and its Affiliated Companies.ResponsibilitiesAssociate Imaging & Mailing Technician RsponsibilitiesAcquire knowledge of all documents specific to each individual company, including association of business performed by each company, as well as department function, all of which aids in opening, sorting and distribution of incoming mail. -Perform scheduled mail trips to and from user departments throughout the Farm Bureau Center. Perform pickup and delivery of records to and from user departments. -Prepare documents for scanning to electronic document repository or business process management (BPM) system.QualificationsAssociate Imaging & Mailing Technician QualificationsRequired: -High school diploma or equivalent required. - -Experienced computer usage and proven skills in Microsoft Office required. -Reading and writing literacy, plus basic math aptitude required. -Preferred: Associate's degree preferred.
