well-being within an educational setting. Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group counseling to students facing social,
emotional, or behavioral challenges. Collaborate with teachers,
administrators, and parents to develop and implement student
support plans. Conduct assessments to identify students' social
service needs and connect families with community resources.
Facilitate crisis intervention and conflict resolution as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and monitor
progress. Desired Qualifications: Proven experience as a Social
Worker within elementary school environments. Strong understanding
of child development, family dynamics, and trauma-informed care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with
diverse student populations and school staff. Ability to handle
sensitive issues with confidentiality and professionalism. Relevant
