Job Description Job Description Why This Role Is Open This organization in Ann Arbor, MI is experiencing increased workload due to evolving customer portal requirements (Ariba, Coupa, SAP, Tungsten, etc.) and has a team member out on leave. They're bringing on interim support to keep operations running smoothly and reduce pressure on their long-tenured AR team. There is high likelihood this role could continue into a long-term contract if the candidate does a great job. What Makes This Opportunity Unique Open-ended contract: Originally estimated at 4-12 weeks, but the hiring manager expects it could extend depending on workload and performance. Extremely stable, experienced team: Most AR team members have been with the company 6-20 years, providing strong support and deep institutional knowledge. Hybrid flexibility: After about two weeks of on-site training, you can shift into a hybrid schedule (3 days on-site, 2 remote), and you can choose your consistent on-site days. What You'd Be Doing Your responsibilities will align with your strengths, but may include: Processing invoices, credit memos, and AR transactions Providing support to internal and external clients via phone and email Researching and resolving account, billing, and cash application discrepancies Monitoring aging reports and assisting with resolving outstanding items Reconciling customer accounts Supporting collections and maintaining documentation in Oracle Financials Assisting with month-end close and annual audits Thriving in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment What They're Looking For 2 year of Accounts Receivable experience Associate degree in Accounting or equivalent hands-on experience Oracle ERP experience is a plus (training provided) Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs preferred) Experience using customer invoicing portals is a bonus Strong communication skills and ability to work independently Schedule & Work Environment 40 hours per week with a consistent start time between 7:00-8:30 AM Business-casual dress (jeans allowed) On-site cafeteria available Supportive, cross-trained team ensures someone is always available during onboarding Compensation $23-26/hr (W2) No pre-employment screenings required ASAP start - they're ready to bring someone on as soon as next week Pay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour Search managed by: Molly Moorfoot Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
